School, is yea... Boring to say the least. It's kinda weird, because as a junior, which is said to be the hardest year, I got little home work. Yet, as a senior, which is said to be the easiest, every teacher I have is piling on the work load. I also find it very funny that most of the work that needs to be done is irrelevant in the larger view.
Here is what I know:
I am going to Michigan Tech this upcoming Fall.
I am graduating High School with around a 3.5 GPA
My gaming addiction will come to an end once I enter collage.
The super bowl is on today and since Green Bay isn't playing, I am not that concerned (which means I'm not watching it.)
Since this is my first "Journal", I guess its time to explain Things...
I currently go to Rufus King High School, which is part of the IB program, which means you can earn collage credits while still in high school. I have never really cared about my schooling because the challenge is mediocre. I have found that I can learn more from 3 hours of watching the Discovery Channel and/or History Channel then from a few days of school.
My past-times include playing World Of Warcraft, which i can go on for hours about (no really, My IB Math Project was based around the mathematical system that the game uses). I also am an avid Guitar Hero player, able to beat any song on expert except Through the Fire and Flames by DragonForce. (Currently learning to "Tap" the introduction solo to it.). Guitar Hero has inspired me to learn how to play the real guitar.
I have always enjoyed Multi-Player Online games because of the people I have met over the Inter-web. Ive known some of the people I play games with for over 6 years, and If i needed help, they would be glad to do anything within their power. Many people don't think you are able to form bonds with people online, because you haven't met them in person, but that is a total lie. We are SO FAKE in the real world, that our personalities are altered, and what we truly believe is hidden from every one. People that you meet online are vastly different. They are either really nice guys, or complete ass holes. (Yea, there are people in between, but those that are may be misunderstood.) When talking with people online, you can be yourself, since you don't have to live up to expectations based on what you look like. And, if you don't like some one, you don't have to appeal to them, because you can just ignore them. There is a certain anonymity that comes into play that you cannot replicate. Now, I do talk to people online, using voice communications software, so I experience more then most.
Yea, I can go into many different rants about seemingly random things, just because they crossed my mind. Fun, eh?
Now as for the title, "Obsessive Moods". I go through many different obsessions, like games for example, or music. Currently, I am enjoying the artist Buckethead (he is the best guitarest ive heard, and he plays with soo much feeling.
[link] (best solo) and
[link] (most soul) Check him out!). My obsessions become a part of who I am, and help my get through the day in the end.
Anyways, at the moment, there is nothing more to say for today, because there is work that needs to be done. Currently, i am working on my Dossier for IB Computer Science (The only class that I have come to enjoy). It is turning out harder then I had previously thought, and will take a lot of work to complete.

I protect myself and my territory with passion. And I stay loyal to my family and friends. Some people do not like some of the things I do. But hey, I do not believe in popularity and approval ratings. I do what makes me happy, not what gets your approval
